 Apply a proven name memorization process

 Find topics while talking with unconversant people

 Listening skills in communication

 Use proper facial expressions, eye contact and gestures



Session 3: Building Interpersonal Trust

 Understand important principles for building trust

 Identify opportunities for improved relationships

 Commit to applying principles that will improve relationships





Session 4: Gaining Enthusiastic Cooperation; Realizing the Power of Recognition
