在我的MBA执教生涯和企业培训中,我接触到了一些初创企业的创始人,并且给他们的企业指导并于他们一起工作帮助他们企业成长。我发现一些创始人在初期非常依赖技术和资源。对企业内部的管理是不太重视的。但是Tracy与她们不同,她花了很多时间和金钱在区域代理商,加盟店建立和管理以及员工的福利,他认为公司的合作伙伴和员工是公司最大的财富和可持续发展的支撑。

From my perspective, Tracy took a critical role in product sales and training and demonstrated great leadership and innovation. For example, in order to increase sales, she created new programs to develop secondary distributors across the country. She came to me many times to discuss her ideas about distribution management and incentives. Without her contribution, their company wouldn’t achieved the significant growth it has. Additionally, she has shown herself to be someone who actually cares about the success of her employees. She firmly believes employees should have an active interest and benefit from the success of the firm. She therefore invests in their pay, opportunities for career advancement, trainings, and working conditions.

Before they started their store franchise business, I outlined a franchise management program for them. She then worked out a logical franchise solution, covering all facets of franchise development, from initial sales through development to operation. Later on, to my great surprise, she added to what she learned and created her own system called “Golden Store Manager”, to help their franchised stores better operate their own stores. It was highly successful.
