课程目标
《模拟电子技术实验》是《模拟电子技术》课程的重要实践教学环节,是理论教学的补充、继续和深化。实验课的内容与理论课内容密切相关,进一步巩固和加深学生对所学常用半导体器件和模拟电子电路理论知识的理解,为后续的学习和从事工程技术工作及科学研究打下坚实基础。通过本课程的学习,使学生具备下列能力:
1、掌握常用的半导体器件和基本的模拟电子电路的工作原理、电路结构、电气特性和实操实验的基本方法与操作技能。
2、根据整理的实验数据和实验曲线,合理地分析和解释数据或曲线所反映出的结果或结论。
3、能够与小组成员讨论、沟通,协同完成实验内容。

五、教学方法
课程教学以学生课外自主学习和设计为主,教师实验现场教学答疑为辅。要求学生在实验之前必须完成实验预习作业,对实验内容和实验要求的自主学习及对《模拟电子技术》课程对应内容的复习,掌握实验系统的工作原理和方法,明确实验过程中应注意的问题,在实验现场通过查看每个实验小组的设计线路图以及回答问题检验预习的完成情况。激励学生通过小组讨论、协商、互助的方式,自我检查与排除实验过程中出现的故障与问题。在实验完成后,教师检查实验数据时,鼓励小组成员讨论解释实验数据反映出的理论现象或与理论有较大出入时找出引起较大误差的原因,解释实验现象,最后小组成员独立撰写完成实验报告,力求实现“终结性评价为主”到“形成性评价为主”的转变的目标。
六、考核方法与成绩评定
课程成绩包括两个部分,分别为平时实验过程考查和实验报告,其中实验报告占30%;平时实验过程考查占70%,包括预习作业、实验操作、实验结果和协同合作,所占比例分别为20%,20%,20%和10%。具体要求及成绩评定方法如下:
