- 有关数据的收集与分析:问卷调查,现场调查,内部有关人员/部门调查,外部媒体查询
- SWOT 分析法
- 5 Whys分析法
- 分析主次原因(鱼骨图分析法)
- 列出解决问题所需资源 (人力,物力,知识,技能…)
- 列出可能的障碍,影响及克服方法
- 实际案例讲解与练习,第一天小结。
Day 2. 制定决策:
- 5步式经典决策模型(根据案例,运用工具,边做边学):
o 确立目标(参考SMART表达法)
