Course title: Team motivation

Target group: Team leader,manager, supervisor

Outcome: Form theory till practical tools, after the training,  the participants will be able to use the skills  into their work and motivate their team and delegate, authorize and etc.

Duration:   1 day (9 am ~ 5:00 pm)

Guideline: Morning (9 am ~ 12.30 pm):

• Relationship of mindset and performance:

o Case analyze – what’s your choice?

o Factors about motivation

o Maslow’s human needs hierarchy theory

• Motivation tools:

o How to encourage team positively

o Setting reasonable goal motivates

o Positive communication motivates

o Identify people’s personalities

o 4 stages of motivation progress
